Katy Perry is all in a tangle - after insurers told her to ditch her trademark spinning bra.
The singer's insurance firm is concerned about the resulting strain on her neck because her hair keeps getting caught in the wheels.
Katy told The Sun: 'I keep being told the insurers are worried I will injure my neck.

An insurance source explained to the newspaper why they were taking such a hardline - saying a missed performance costs tour operators millions.
The source said: 'It may seem trivial but a simple pulled muscle can stop a performer like Katy from going on.
'Insurers don’t care about the art or the fun - just the dangers.'
